Vikram is a Partner Designate in the Firm’s Real Estate practice with 10 years of robust experience handling high-value transactions. He specializes in real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory.
He has worked closely with clients, both multinational and domestic, on complex transaction, with particular focus on the real estate sector, having regularly advised on large-scale development projects. Vikram also demonstrates strong proficiency in transaction structuring, corporate and real estate due diligence, and advising on company and foreign exchange laws.

Advised Google on the acquisition of rights over ~21 acres of industrial land in Navi Mumbai for setting up and operating a data center.

Advised Silvergaldes Group in acquisition of development rights in ~10.5 acres of land in Sector 63A, Gurugram for setting up of a luxury development ‘Silverglades Legacy’.

Advised the promoters of Logix Group in the sale of 100% equity stake held by them in the entity owning and operating ‘Logix City Center Mall’, Noida.

Advised LTI Mindtree on leasing of large-scale office spaces in Noida, Uttar Pradesh and Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Advised TDI Infratech Limited on sale of prime property in Lutyens Delhi to Prestige Group for a luxury residential project.

Advised Bhutani Group on their joint venture with Bayview Projects and acquisition of ~230 acres of land for setting up ‘Film City’, Greater Noida.
