Gitanjali Saraf is a Senior Partner at Saraf and Partners, bringing close to three decades of versatile legal expertise, with a core focus on corporate, technology, sports, environmental, and not-for-profit sectors. Her dual experience as both an external legal advisor and General Counsel gives her a strategic edge in navigating complex, high-stakes legal landscapes across industries.
As General Counsel at Perot Systems, she established and led the Legal and Secretarial Department in India following the company’s acquisition of HCLT shares. She played a pivotal role in structuring and negotiating high-value software development and BPO acquisition agreements, supporting Perot’s aggressive global expansion. Her remit spanned over 20 international subsidiaries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region—including Japan, Hong Kong, China, and the Philippines—where she also served on the board and contributed to global legal strategy and governance.
