With over 14  years of experience in the domain of commercial litigation and arbitration practice, Anupm is a Partner Designate in Disputes Resolution team at Saraf and Partners.

He has extensive experience in handling commercial disputes, including winding up, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, debt-related proceedings involving financial institutions, oppression and mismanagement / shareholder disputes, and regulatory and contractual issues. He has practiced widely in the National Company Law Tribunals, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, various High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India, with significant experience in both original and appellate proceedings.
