Adil Ladha possesses over 14 years of extensive experience in corporate law. Adil has effectively represented both domestic and international clients in various legal matters including acquisitions, cross-border investments, restructuring, joint ventures, private equity, business transfers, insolvency, antitrust issues, and related matters.

Adil has provided advice to clients in various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, IT, manufacturing, warehousing, real estate, media, urban development, and smart cities. Advised Bank on Baroda on the transfer of its depository business to BOBCAPS Capital Markets Limited.

Represented Matrix Pharma (India) in its acquisition of the active pharmaceutical ingredients business of Viatris in India.

Advised and represented British International Investment plc (BII) in its investment in Shubham Housing Development Finance (a low-cost mortgage lender) as part of a round led by BII, LeapFrog Investments, Asian Development Bank and Premji Invest.

Acted for India Grid Trust (IndiGrid) in its acquisition of Raichur Sholapur Transmission Company Limited from Patel Engineering, Simplex Infrastructures and BS Limited (in liquidation).

Represented Ashapura Aromas Private Limited and its promoters in an earn-out based sale of majority stake to Azelis Holding S.A.
