Trilegal\’s Akshayy S Nanda joins Saraf and Partners to strengthen firm\’s Competition Law practice

Saraf and Partners welcomes Akshayy S Nanda as a Partner within its Competition Law practice in its Delhi Office.

Akshayy has joined the Firm from Trilegal and has an extensive experience of over 14 years in advising multinational and Indian clients on wide-ranging competition law issues including cartel enforcement, abuse of dominance, merger control, leniency applications, competition law audits and compliance.

Akshayy is also actively involved in Data Privacy practice and has earned the ANSI-accredited Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) credential and the ANSI-accredited designation of Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
