Our Partner, Sudeshna Guha Roy, was part of the faculty for MCIA’s Tribunal Secretary Training Program, scheduled on 16 September 2025 in Mumbai as part of India ADR Week.

The program was aimed at training young practitioners to support arbitral tribunals, covering the role and responsibilities of Tribunal Secretaries, confidentiality obligations, common legal challenges, and best practices for drafting procedural orders.
