Panel Discussion: Opening India’s Legal Market to Foreign Lawyers!

Firm’s Founder & Managing Partner, Mr. Mohit Saraf moderated a compelling session on ‘𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚’𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫’ at the International Legal Conference organized by Ministry of Commerce & Industry at Vigyan bhawan today.

Mr. Saraf emphasized that opening up of legal market would enhance the quality of legal services through global expertise and would make India an attractive destination for international dispute resolution.

He further stressed upon the possible adverse impact on domestic law firms and lawyers, have been blown out of proportion.
