Mohit Saraf participated in a dynamic panel discussion titled “Commercial Arbitration and International Trade/ Arbitration in Emerging Economies & Future Perspectives and Innovations” at the Indian Council of Arbitration Conference on ‘Arbitration As A Catalyst For Economic Development.’
Mr. Saraf shared invaluable insights into the evolving landscape of arbitration, addressing eminent jurists, policy makers, lawyers, business leaders, leading corporates, government officials and members of the media.
The conference also featured a Keynote Address by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Bhushan Ramkrishna Gavai, Judge, Supreme Court of India, and Hon’ble Mr. Justice R.I. Chagla, Judge, High Court of Bombay, chaired the session.
