Mr. Saraf participated in two panel discussions titled, ‘Deal Making: Insights and Trends to Look Forward To’ and ‘Cultivating New Age Law and Lawyers for Hybrid Legal Systems’

Other panellists to join Mr. Saraf in the first session were, Moderator – Urvi Srivastava, Editorial Lead – BW CFO World; Pranav Mehra, Director Legal – Freshworks along with Bijoya Roy, Group General Counsel – Pernod Ricard and Alishan Naqvee, Co-Founder- LexCounsel Law Firm, who joined in virtually.

In the second session he was joined by, Dr. Manoj Kumar, Founder & Managing Partner – Hammurabi & Solomon Partners; Arvind Nayar, Senior Advocate – Door Tenant at 4 New Square; Saket Shukla, Co-founder – Phoenix Legal and the session was moderated by Sudhir Mishra, Managing Partner – Trust Legal Advocates & Consultants.”
