Mohit Saraf spoke at the ICA Session held as part of DAW 2025

Our Founder & Managing Partner, Mohit Saraf, spoke at the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) session on, “The ADR Tapestry: Weaving a Resilient Arbitration & Mediation Ecosystem in india”, held as part of the Delhi Arbitration Weekend 2025.

The session was chaired by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Jasmeet Singh and addressed ways to strengthen arbitration and mediation for a robust dispute resolution framework in India.
