We are pleased to inform you that Mr. Mohit Saraf, Founder & Managing Partner at Saraf and Partners, had the honor of participating in a panel discussion titled “Evolving Role of Legal Professionals/Institutions.” This esteemed panel discussion took place during the International Lawyers Conference 2023, organized by the BCI – Bar Council of India in collaboration with The Bar Council of England and Wales, The Law Society of England & Wales, and the Commonwealth Lawyers Association on September 24, 2023.
The session was presided over by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah, Judge, Supreme Court of India, and co-chaired by Hon’ble Mr. Justice N. Kotiswar Singh, Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, along with Hon’ble Mr. Justice Prasanna B. Varale, Chief Justice, High Court of Karnataka – India. The keynote speaker for the session was Hon’ble Mr. Justice M.R. Shah, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India & Chairman, Legal Education Committee, BCI.
