Mohit Saraf joined a high powered CEO delegation to the UK led by Union Minister Piyush Goyal

The coming into force of the India-UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) marks a defining milestone in the relationship between two of the world’s leading democracies. The Agreement is expected to strengthen bilateral trade and investment, enhance market access, and create new opportunities for business across both jurisdictions.

Saraf and Partners congratulates the Governments of India and the United Kingdom on this historic achievement and applauds everyone who contributed to bringing this landmark agreement to fruition.

We are proud that our Founder & Managing Partner, Mohit Saraf, in his capacity as Co-Chair of FICCI’s Corporate Governance & Corporate Laws Committee, was closely associated with this journey through FICCI’s engagement with the Government and industry. Most recently, Mr. Saraf was part of the high-powered CEO delegation to London led by the Hon’ble Union Minister of Commerce & Industry, Shri Piyush Goyal, where leading representatives of Indian industry engaged with policymakers and business leaders at a pivotal stage of the India–UK economic partnership.
