Mohit Saraf Accompanied Hon’ble Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal on His Japan Visit and Led Discussions on Advancing India–Japan Economic Partnership
Our Founder and Managing Partner, Mohit Saraf, was part of the high-level Indian business delegation accompanying Hon’ble Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, Shri Piyush Goyal, during his visit to Japan.
During the visit, Mr. Saraf led the FICCI delegation in discussions at the Embassy of India, Tokyo, focused on the next phase of Japanese investment and economic engagement with India.
Drawing on his extensive experience advising Japanese companies on their India investments and operations, Mr. Saraf shared his perspectives on the evolving India–Japan economic partnership, highlighting opportunities for advanced manufacturing, technology collaboration, innovation, and long-term capital investment. He emphasized the importance of moving beyond “Make in India for India” towards “Make in India for the World,” leveraging the complementary strengths of Japanese technology and capital and India’s talent and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The discussions focused on strengthening commercial ties between the two countries and advancing the shared vision of fostering greater investment, industrial growth, and sustainable economic partnerships in the years ahead.
