Our Partner, Gauhar Mirza, participated in a panel discussion on the legal and commercial implications of the India–Oman Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), held as part of Singapore Convention Week (SC Week) 2026.​‌

The discussion explored the opportunities created by the India–Oman CEPA and the legal and commercial considerations for businesses operating across the corridor. Gauhar shared his insights on structuring cross-border transactions, managing contractual and geopolitical risks, common areas of dispute in India–GCC trade, and the importance of robust dispute resolution mechanisms.

The panel highlighted how clear contractual frameworks and effective risk allocation can help businesses navigate cross-border challenges with greater certainty and confidence.
