Akshayy S Nanda was invited to moderate a panel discussion titled “Navigating India’s New Personal Data Protection Framework” at the American Bar Association (ABA): The Global Lawyers Summit 2024, held on March 28 & 29 at Taj Mansingh, New Delhi.
The highlight of the panel discussion was a special address by Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, whose insights into the right to privacy and the importance of the personal data protection laws in today’s data driven economy were invaluable and enlightening.
The distinguished panel, comprising of seasoned industry experts, delved into the various aspects of the DPDPA, discussing the challenges, compliance strategies, and the broader implications for privacy and data security in the digital domain.
