Saraf and Partners was pleased to jointly host “The Post-Closing Playbook: Arbitrating M&A Disputes” with WilmerHale as part of London International Disputes Week (LIDW) 2026.

The discussion brought together leading practitioners and industry experts to examine the growing complexity of post-acquisition disputes involving an India nexus, including the impact of geopolitical developments, valuation challenges, and evolving cross-border deal dynamics.
