Saraf and Partners and Stewarts jointly hosted the panel discussion, “Into Darkness and Beyond: Contracts Under Fire,” bringing together leading practitioners to examine the contractual and strategic implications of geopolitical instability and regional conflict.

As geopolitical developments continue to reshape the commercial landscape, businesses must navigate increasingly complex contractual and disputes-related challenges in uncertain environments.
