Vaibhav Kakkar participated in a panel discussion at the ICDR India Conference 2026

Our Senior Partner, Vaibhav Kakkar, spoke at the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) India Conference 2026, held in New Delhi.

Vaibhav was part of a panel discussion on “When Partners Turn Opponents: The Anatomy of JV & Shareholder Breakdowns,” which examined how joint ventures and shareholder relationships break down in complex commercial settings. It was an engaging discussion on governance breakdowns, exit battles, strategic misalignment, and navigating multi-jurisdictional disputes.
