Sudeshna Guha Roy, spoke at GAR Live: Mumbai 2025

Our Partner, Sudeshna Guha Roy, spoke at GAR Live: Mumbai 2025, hosted by Global Arbitration Review on 15 September at Four Seasons Hotel, Mumbai.

She will be spoke on the panel “A 360° Perspective on Arbitration Reform” to discuss proposed legislative amendments in arbitration across India, Singapore, and England, comparing key reforms and jurisdictional approaches, and considering what more is needed to strengthen arbitral frameworks. 

She was joined by Sr. Adv. Sharan Jagtiani, Mihika Jalan, Siraj Omar, S.C. 

and Sudhanshu Swaroop KC. The session was moderated by Sr. Adv. Gourab Banerji.
