Nitish is a dispute resolution lawyer with over 14 years of experience, with a core focus on commercial litigation, arbitration, and insolvency law. He advises and represents clients across a range of contentious matters before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums in India.
Nitish’s practice spans a diverse spectrum of disputes—ranging from complex contractual and shareholder issues to real estate, regulatory, and financial restructuring matters. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, District Courts, the NCLT/NCLAT, and real estate regulatory authorities. He also represents clients in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations governed by domestic and international rules.
He is recognised for his structured and practical approach to litigation strategy, deep knowledge of procedural law, and ability to navigate disputes involving multi-party commercial arrangements.
Nitish graduated from the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, in 2011 and has been actively involved in developing the Firm’s dispute resolution practice. He is also committed to mentoring younger lawyers and contributes to strategic knowledge-building initiatives within the Firm.

Advised Hughes Network Group in connection with contentious issues arising from property and operational disputes in India.

Advising and representing for PFC Consulting Limited, a subsidiary of Power Finance Corporation, in multiple disputes concerning bid evaluation processes, disqualifications, and termination of power purchase agreements (PPAs) across various forums.

Acted for Icetrail Logistics Pvt. Ltd. in an arbitration against a multinational freight forwarding company involving breach of a business acquisition agreement.

Advising and representing ZTE Corporation and its Indian subsidiary in arbitrations and civil litigation across India in relation to telecom infrastructure and service-related disputes.

Advising and representing Eldeco Group in shareholder and investor disputes, as well as arbitrations, land litigation, and consumer disputes involving residential and commercial projects.

Advising and representing Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited in matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, NCLTs and arbitral tribunals relating to commercial contracts, recovery claims, and strategic advisory concerning hospitality operations.

Acted for Duet India Hotels Pvt. Ltd. (now part of SAMHI Group) and its affiliates in high-stakes disputes with a globally renowned hotel operator involving de-flagging and operational disengagement from multiple upscale hotel properties across India.

Acted for GE T&D India Limited (now GE Vernova T&D India Limited) in a high-value arbitration concerning a national power transmission upgradation project, involving technical disputes with its multinational vendor.

Acted for VS Trading SA, a Swiss-based steel trading company, in its contractual dispute with an Indian public sector undertaking, involving cross-border commercial claims.

Advising and representing Logix Group in arbitrations, civil and criminal proceedings, consumer litigation, and land disputes before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, NCLT, and consumer forums. He has also represented the group before investigative and regulatory bodies including the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and the Economic Offences Wing (EOW).
