Kunal is a Partner at Saraf and Partners in the Banking & Finance and Projects practice. He has advised on numerous domestic transactions across sectors like shipping, technology, manufacturing, power, renewable energy, roads, and ports.
In the projects space, Kunal has worked with governmental agencies in drafting and finalizing model contracts, bidding documents, and concession structures. He has also advised infrastructure companies in the renewable energy sector. On the banking and finance side, Kunal has guided banks and financial institutions on complex lending transactions, digitization of lending products, and debt restructuring. He also advises technology companies on business expansion issues.
Kunal is known for his pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and service-first attitude.
Outside of work, he enjoys road trips, writing poetry, and listening to podcasts and music.
