Advised State Bank of India (SBI), Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Canara Bank, Exim Bank and Union Bank of India in relation to a rupee term loan for an aggregate amount of INR 31,802,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Thirty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Two Crores) availed/to be availed by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited for the purposes of part financing the construction and implementation of a petrochemical complex which will produce downstream polymers/products like Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polypropylene (PP), Benzene, Toluene, Mixed Xylene etc., along with brownfield expansion of the Borrower’s refinery capacity at Bina, Madhya Pradesh from 7.8 (seven point eight) MMTPA to 11 (eleven) MMTPA, to primarily cater to the feed requirements of petrochemical plants. The total cost of the Project is INR 48,926,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Forty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Six Crores).

Advised SBI in respect of term loan facilities aggregating to INR 12,475,50,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Five Crores and Fifty Lakhs) availed by JSW Thermal Energy One in relation to acquisition of KSK Mahanadi Power Company Limited under IBC.

Advised National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID) in relation to funding refinancing facilities to 25 SPVs of Greenko Group companies. The deal size is INR 6,200,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Six Thousand Two Hundred Crores).

Advised SBI and SBICaps in relation to syndicated facilities to construct and develop greenfield LNG receiving port and onshore facilities for LNG receipt, storage, regasification and sendout an onshore regasification facility utilizing an offshore floating storage cum regasification unit off the Jafrabad Coast, in Amreli district in Gujarat, India. This is India’s first floating storage and regasification unit based greenfield LNG port project with an initial regasification capacity of 5 MMTPA of LNG.

Advising LIC Housing Finance in relation to raising funds through listed NCDs amounting to INR 4,30,00,00,00,000 (Rupees Forty Three Thousand Crores). This transaction is on a private placement basis under the recently promulgated SEBI (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021 (“NCS Regulations”), which came into force on the 9th of August 2021.

Advised SBI and SBICaps in relation to syndicated facilities to construct and develop coal gasification based urea manufacturing complex at existing site of Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited in Talcher, Odisha. The Lenders are funding INR 9,559,59,00,000 (Rupees Nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Nine Crores and Fifty Nine Lakhs) out of the total project cost of INR 13,277,21,00,000 (Rupees Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Seven Crores and Twenty One Lakhs).
