Senior Partner, Sanjeev Sharma was invited to participate in a panel discussion on ‘Dispute Resolution—Negotiation, Mediation & Arbitration’ at the International Legal Conference organised by Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) – India on the theme of, “The Legal Dimensions of Global Trade@2047.”
Mr. Sharma shared his insights on the advantages and challenges of negotiation, mediation and arbitration as alternative methods of resolving cross-border disputes, as well as the emerging trends and best practices in this field.
Mr. Sharma also delivered the Key takeaway address.
