Our Partner, Abir Lal Dey was invited to take classroom sessions at the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF) Leadership Centre, Mumbai. He was ably assisted by Associate Khushi Sharma during the two sessions.

The first session focused on security creation through mortgage, the creation and perfection of security, and filings under applicable law. The second session delved into the restructuring of loans, co-lending arrangements, and digital lending in India. The participants also engaged in discussions about practical challenges and strategies to overcome them.

IIBF, formerly known as The Indian Institute of Bankers (IIB), is a professional body of Banks, Financial Institutions, and their employees in India.
